: Operations Executive

Location:
 Sachin, Surat

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in parcel receiving, sorting, and dispatch operations.
  • Ensure packages are scanned and sorted accurately based on pin codes, routes, and destinations.
  • Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams for smooth goods movement.
  • Support workforce allocation and shift schedules as per operational needs.
  • Maintain proper handling procedures to prevent damage or loss.
  • Update tracking systems and generate basic operational reports.
  • Assist in monitoring daily targets, timelines, and productivity levels.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 years experience in Sortation Center / Warehouse operations.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of inbound, outbound, and bagging processes.
  • Familiarity with scanning devices and warehouse systems preferred.
