Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customers, explain product features, and assist them in selecting the right motorcycle.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a customer-first approach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct test rides and ensure customers have a premium buying experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups and showroom events.
  • Maintain product knowledge on Triumph's range, finance options, and aftersales services.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry (two-wheeler/four-wheeler dealership experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for motorcycles and the automotive sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
