Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area at our corporate office. The role involves handling visitors, calls, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and professional front-office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist office visitors, vendors, and guests in a courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a neat, professional reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal departments for appointments or meetings.
  • Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Schedule meeting rooms and ensure readiness for discussions or presentations.
  • Support in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and internal communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the company's professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in front desk or admin support roles (corporate office experience preferred).
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable appearance with a professional and approachable attitude.
