Role Description

This is an on-site internship for current students based in Pune, focused on Marketing & User Acquisition within the Founder's Office. The intern will assist in offline marketing strategies, onboarding , and support content creation. In addition, motivated individuals will have the flexibility to get involved in areas that match their learning goals - like gaining exposure to social media, content strategy, or campaign analytics or even product strategy. It's a dynamic environment where ambitious students eager to learn on the ground can shape their experience.

What You'll Do

1) Manage our digital presence – from social media content to community engagement.

2) Build relationships with corporates and partners for onboarding.

3) Draft impactful proposals and communication material.

4) Support go-to-market planning and outreach activities for new business verticals

5) Take ownership of mini-projects and track their execution and outcomes

What We're Looking For

1) Strong written and spoken fluency in English & Hindi/Marathi.

2) Excellent communication, organization, and outreach skills.

3) Social media savvy; bonus if you love photography/editing.

4) Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic, startup-style environment.

5) Passion for social impact and building communities.
