Primary Skills:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end application development and support
- Extensive expertise with .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, LINQ, Async/Await, ADO.NET, and REST APIs
- Strong proficiency in SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), and Redis
- Experience in supporting APIs built in
- Familiarity with design patterns and message queues (e.g., Kafka)
- Experience with deployment using CI/CD tools
- Solid understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript libraries, including ReactJS (Redux)
- Proficient in Git or other version control tools
Good To Have
- Knowledge of Kibana and Datadog
- Familiarity with ADO and Octopus
- Experience with Kafka , Okta
Primary Responsibilities
- Should Leading and coordinating day to day activities between onsite and offshore teams
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Quick to learn and able to train the team based on requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts both in writing and verbally
- Close collaboration with clients and business analysts
