We are seeking a Collective Executive / Officer to join our dynamic team in Vile Parle E Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payment Follow-up & Collections

  2. Initiate follow-up for balance/outstanding payments immediately after dispatch acknowledgement.

  3. Ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms (credit period, partial advance, milestone payments, etc.).
  4. Send reminders, maintain collection tracker, and escalate overdue cases to management.

  5. Achieve collection targets and maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within agreed limits.

    1. Reconciliation & Reporting
  7. Match payment receipts with outstanding invoices and maintain updated receivables ledger.
  8. Coordinate with finance/accounts to reconcile balances periodically.
  9. Prepare MIS reports on dispatches, outstanding payments, overdue accounts, and collection status for management review.
  10. 3. Process Improvement & Compliance
  11. Recommend measures to reduce payment delays (e.g., advance payment terms, digital payment modes, automated reminders).
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and statutory norms (GST, TDS, etc.).
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes related to dispatch or billing that may delay collections.
