Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive
International Business Development Executive
to lead outreach efforts, onboard new streamers globally, and develop meaningful partnerships that fuel our growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and community teams to identify high-potential creators, pitch our platform, and build strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct international outreach to streamers, content creators, and influencer agencies across platforms like Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and more
  • Pitch Glitchover's offerings via email, DMs, and live calls; deliver compelling platform demos and value propositions
  • Onboard creators and guide them through their first campaigns or experiences
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools; maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and regional strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with onboarded streamers and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Analyze market trends, competitor platforms, and regional creator economies to inform strategy
  • Help scale our international presence by identifying new geographies and audience segments for expansion

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in business development, influencer outreach, or creator economy is highly preferred
