Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounting Manager located in New Delhi. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting analytical tasks, managing journal entries, overseeing finance operations, and handling fixed assets management.
Experience Level: Must have at least 3 years of experience working on QuickBooks Online for United States based clients. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing for US based clients.
Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Assist with tax filings and compliance reporting.
Provide support to junior bookkeepers and review their work. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Skills Required:Must have a very thorough knowledge and experience of QuickBooks OnlineIn-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
Supervision: Works independently on most tasks but may report to the Head Bookkeeper. Provides mentoring to junior staff.
