Senior Accounts Location Delhi Key Responsibilities Take charge of overseeing and directing the accounting operations for the North India region Supervise the entire general accounting processes including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger Inventory Accounting and Reconciliation s Manage substantial volumes of financial data such as 300-400 invoices per month Supervise debtors creditors and inventory-related accounting Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls Work closely with the CFO for financial planning budgeting and strategy alignment Produce periodic MIS reports and dashboards to facilitate business decisions Team Management Lead and guide a team of around 20 accounting professionals Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement accountability and performance excellence Candidate Profile Solid background in general accounting and financial operations Experience in managing large data sets and high transaction environments Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Excellent analytical communication and team management skills Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA or CMA certification is a plus Proven experience in a senior accounting role preferably in a regional or multi-site environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles regulations and best practices Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Excellent proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
