In addition to the bistro, Mitti operates "Mitti Bakes," a small bakery offering low-calorie and vegan baked goods.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role located in Indore. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves conducting audits, managing payroll, handling tax filings, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to develop budgets and monitor financial performance, ensuring the financial health of the organization.QualificationsStrong skills in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and TaxationProficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and ForecastingExperience with Auditing, Compliance, and Financial RegulationsAttention to detail, Analytical thinking, and Problem-solving skillsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)Excellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus
