**Experience Requirements:**

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and review all tenders, work orders, and purchase orders for various civil, MEP, and interior works across multiple projects.

  • Create tender scrutiny reports to assist in the selection and prequalification of bidders.

  • Manage contract-related issues for all projects.

  • Oversee claims management procedures.

  • Review contract documents, including conditions of contracts, and provide timely advice to project owners and managers to protect our contractual interests.

  • Maintain up-to-date correspondence regarding contractual matters related to projects.

  • Prepare documents for alliances.

  • Possess knowledge of FIDIC, the Indian contracting system, the Indian Contract Act, and the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

**Cost Estimation and Budgeting:**

  • Prepare budget estimates based on concept drawings and initial briefs.

  • Develop detailed estimates during the design development stage.

  • Create and maintain a database for project cost estimation.

  • Conduct rate analyses for all real estate items.

  • Be responsible for the preparation, review, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of all cost data for projects.

  • Prepare the Bill of Quantities based on the final approved drawings and designs.

  • Assist in developing contracting and procurement strategies.

  • Provide advice on contractual claims, particularly regarding variation claims.

  • Certify bills for various contractors and vendors on a monthly basis.

  • Prepare and monitor cash flows throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • Generate job cost reports and management information system (MIS) reports.
