About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud-based CRM and automation projects. The role involves managing multiple client implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle from planning to go-live.
  • Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with clients.
  • Manage internal consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, UAT sessions, and post-deployment reviews.
  • Maintain all project documentation and status reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management within IT consulting or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in CRM / SaaS / cloud platform implementations.
  • Strong business process understanding (sales, service, or marketing).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
  • PMP / Agile certification preferred.
