Role Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    and
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages
  • Manage daily campaign budgets and bids to meet defined KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Events, etc.)
  • Prepare campaign reports and dashboards for management
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform update

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing and Marketing Strategy development
  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
