Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Developer/Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience Required: 7 – 9 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Developer/Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable ML models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
  • Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and build data pipelines.
  • Conduct experiments, evaluate models using standard metrics, and implement improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML, deep learning, and AI frameworks.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in ML development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 7–9 years of professional experience in Machine Learning/AI development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets and data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience deploying ML models in production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of software engineering practices, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of model monitoring and lifecycle management.
  • Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
