Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects for our offshore technology team based at our Hyderabad Tech Center in India. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in LabWare LIMS and Lab Execution Systems/Electronic Lab Notebooks, possess advanced skills in Agile methodologies, and be highly proficient in MS Project and Scrum planning. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project delivery, effective team collaboration, and the successful implementation of laboratory information management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution for technology initiatives, with a focus on laboratory execution systems (LES) and electronic lab documentation (ELN) solutions.
• Lead offshore project teams, ensuring alignment with global standards, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and champion Agile best practices across the team.
• Develop, track, and update detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar tools like JIRA, Confluence ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance, and end-users, to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between onshore and offshore teams, mitigating risks and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies, to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, focusing on process optimization and enhanced project outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in technology or software development environments, with at least 2 years managing offshore teams.
• Demonstrated experience with LabWare LIMS and Lab Execution Systems/Electronic Lab Notebooks (LES/ELN).
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including hands-on facilitation of Agile practices.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with global stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related industries) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile certifications) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Biovia Lab Execution system(LES), Pipeline pilot, Cispro material mgt and Instrument manager tool is plus.
