Experience : 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or operations, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Team Leader Quality Assurance to manage and guide our QA team. The role involves overseeing daily QA operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will handle task allocation, monitor SLAs, resolve escalations, train team members, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate daily QA tasks and manage turnaround times.
  • Prioritize urgent requests without impacting ongoing work.
  • Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Resolve operational and project-level escalations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for clarification and smooth workflow.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for QA team members.
  • Provide feedback, performance monitoring, and mentoring for the team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/operations.
  • At least 1 year in a team leadership role.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in tech-enabled or AI-enabled workflows (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
