Position Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational and business data to support decision-making at the Mandideep plant. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design and maintain reporting systems that ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

Collect, consolidate, and validate daily/weekly/monthly production, sales, and inventory data.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management.

Process Monitoring

Track plant operations data (production, quality, dispatch, manpower utilization).

Identify gaps, variances, and trends to support operational improvements.

Maintain accurate records of plant KPIs and compliance data.

System & Documentation

Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, Google Sheets, and ERP reports.

Support automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

Ensure data confidentiality and integrity across all MIS activities.

Cross-functional Coordination

Liaise with production, sales, HR, and accounts teams for data collection.

Provide analytical support for audits, reviews, and management queries.

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in Commerce/Science/IT; MBA or Diploma in Computer Applications preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in MIS/Data Analysis, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.

Technical Skills:

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).

Knowledge of ERP systems, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
