Role: HR Associate (Intern)

We are looking for
motivated, curious, and proactive
HR interns who want hands-on exposure to HR functions. This internship focuses on
learning, observation, participation
, and understanding real-time HR operations in a professional setup.

Key Responsibilities :

As an HR Associate Intern, you will:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Observe and assist in recruitment processes (posting job openings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding tasks — document verification, induction coordination, and maintaining intern databases.

HR Operations & Admin

  • Learn HR workflows, policies, SOPs, and documentation formats.
  • Work with HR tools, templates, trackers, and reporting systems.

Learning & Research

  • Attend virtual HR meetings, maintain minutes, and prepare reports.
  • Research HR trends, employee engagement ideas, and summarize HR case studies/webinars.

Creative & Engagement Tasks

  • Create presentations, infographics, and basic HR content.
  • Maintain a learning journal and actively participate in team-building and engagement activities.

Weekly Deliverables

  • Submit weekly learning updates/reflections to your mentor.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Pursuing UG/PG in
    HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
    .
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn in a remote work environment.
