Job Title: Lead-Network Solution

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Network Solutions to design, implement, and optimize IP/MPLS-based network transport systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a key architect and technical authority for core, edge, and aggregation network domains, working closely with operations, planning, and vendor teams to ensure a high-performance, scalable, and secure network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end IP/MPLS network solutions for core, edge, and aggregation layers.
  • Drive implementation of transport network solutions to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
  • Configure and troubleshoot IP/MPLS protocols and services including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MP-BGP, LDP, L2/L3 VPNs, MPLS-TE, QoS.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and lead root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Lead network capacity planning, link utilization forecasting, and performance tuning initiatives.
  • Engage with OEMs/vendors for solution validation and delivery; serve as design authority.
  • Ensure network security compliance, including segmentation, DDoS protection, and firewall integrity.
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including HLD/LLD, diarams, and SOPs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to network evolution strategy and roadmap.
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in IP/MPLS transport network architecture and operations.
  • Deep technical expertise in routing protocols, MPLS services, and network performance engineering.
  • Proficient on platforms such as Cisco (IOS-XR), Juniper (MX/PTX), Nokia (SR series).
  • Practical experience in designing and supporting high-availability network infrastructures.
  • Exposure to automation/scripting for network deployments (preferred).
  • Certifications: CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in working with large-scale service provider networks.
  • Knowledge of SR-MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, SDN/NFV technologies.
  • Experience working with NMS/EMS tools, and network modeling/simulation tools.
