About the Company: As an AI Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping our consultants reach their full potential. You will work closely with consultants to ensure that they get well trained on AI models. Your focus will be on preparing data, annotating it, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the learning processes of our AI models.

About the Role: Key Responsibilities:

Data Annotation and Labeling: Label and annotate large datasets for training AI models, including text, images, and audio, ensuring high-quality data for machine learning purposes. Data Preparation: Clean, organize, and structure raw data to be used for training purposes, ensuring consistency and quality. Model Training Assistance: Collaborate with data scientists to train AI models by selecting appropriate algorithms and running training processes. Evaluation and Testing: Evaluate the performance of AI models by running test cases and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. Model Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance AI models, identify weaknesses, and suggest new training methods or datasets. Ethical Considerations: Assist in identifying and mitigating potential biases in the AI model to ensure fairness and ethical performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of model training, test results, dataset annotations, and improvements to track progress over time. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to ensure AI systems meet business goals.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Prior experience in AI, machine learning, or data annotation is a plus. Familiarity with training and evaluating AI models. Experience with data labeling tools or platforms is a plus.

Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation and labeling. Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python is a plus. Familiarity with data handling, preprocessing, and cleaning techniques.

Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
