Job Description

We are seeking an experienced training professional to coordinate projects focused on cloud and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination and facilitation, with expertise in cloud and AI.

The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive training programs on Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies for both Microsoft partners and customers. They will execute innovative and scalable training initiatives with emphasis on Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.

Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless execution of training logistics from inception to completion, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will facilitate technical evaluation calls for prospective trainers, focusing on assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.

Other duties include building and maintaining a network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's strategic direction. The selected individual will also oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong working knowledge of Azure services and OpenAI integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple complex training projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, articulating cloud and AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
