What we need you to bring:

  • A Master's degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, History, or related fields.
  • C1 level of English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models, particularly Language Learning Models (LLMs).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex, multi-step scenarios.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality data sets for AI models to improve accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice.
  • Annotate data to help AI models align with human values.
  • Analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
  • Achieve target KPIs within specified data production windows.

This role involves creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice. You'll also be annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills
  • Master's / M.Phil / Ph.D. degree in relevant fields.
