About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - MIS & Admin to support both data management and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, managing vendors and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations across multiple locations.

MIS Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate data from CRM.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Use Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordinate with offices across locations.
  • Manage vendor relationships for services, supplies, maintenance, and IT support.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and IT equipment, ensure timely reordering.
  • Handle setup and basic troubleshooting of office IT hardware; coordinate repairs with vendors.
  • Manage domestic travel logistics (flights, trains, cabs, hotels) and support reimbursement processes.
  • Supervise office security systems (biometric, CCTV) and manage access control.
  • Handle mobile connections, SIM allocations, and communication-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience in MIS.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
