KRA Jewellers is hiring a Retail Marketing Manager to lead showroom-level marketing activities, drive campaign execution, and coach showroom teams. This is a field-based leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy, on-ground execution and understands how to turn walk-in traffic into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be actively present in showrooms and on the field to ensure flawless marketing execution
  • Plan and implement BTL marketing activities: in-store promotions, society activations, exhibitions, and festive campaigns
  • Lead visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the in-store experience and drive conversions
  • Support showroom teams in engaging VIP customers by designing loyalty programs and premium relationship strategies
  • Train and mentor showroom staff on customer interaction, marketing alignment, and sales techniques
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and creative teams for timely rollout of campaigns
  • Gather on-ground customer insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Ensure consistent branding and customer engagement across all showroom locations

Who Should Apply:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in BTL marketing, visual merchandising, or customer engagement (retail sector preferred)
  • Strong exposure to jewellery or lifestyle retail, especially in Maharashtra
  • Well-acquainted with Pune's retail market and customer dynamics
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with field-based work and regular travel to various showrooms
  • Experience with premium brands and customer-centric marketing is highly valued
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a bonus, but not mandatory
