We are looking for Retail trainer for our Adidas and Reebok store for Pan india lavel we have overall 70+ store on PAN india lavel.

Designation - Retail Trainer
Location - Pune Based ( Ready to travel to visit stores )
Experience - 4 to 5 Years in Retail or Sales Industry
- Responsible for staff training as well as store managers training.
- Responsible for overall personality development, grooming of staff, excellent customer service towards all our patrons.
- Trained the staff on all critical operational KPIs like UPT, ASP, ATV etc, which helped them in achieving individual targets as well as store targets.
- Daily briefing in morning meeting with staff in the form of Daily Dose of knowledge booklet, targets and previous day achievement.
- On Job Training on the basis of TNI’s identification and Monthly action plan.
- Planning the Induction of all new joinees (staff & Store managers).
- Responsible for Product Knowledge training as well as retail operations knowledge.
- Responsible for New launch promotion as well as FAB inputs to staffs.
- Responsible for impact analysis of training sessions.
- Responsible for impact analysis on a Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis.
- Tracking staff data individually (UPT, ATV, ASP).
- Taking follow-up on daily basis of staff in random stores.
- Carrying out training Batch’s / sessions to improve product knowledge, technologies and material identification of staff to make them all-rounder.
- Tracking data weekly of top stores in Gujarat and MP & CG region.
- Responsible for customer’s service and CRM to make ‘wow’ experience of our valuable customers.
- Handling NPS score store wise as well as staff wise to improve customer services.
- Stock room management knowledge and techniques for fast & effective service.
- Ensure career growth of staff and managers and make them a company asset.
- Looking after online training program

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
