Territory: Nagpur Local Market + Chandrapur, Gondia & Bhandara

Experience: 3–5 years (FMCG GT On Roll experience mandatory)

Softsens is a fast-growing baby care brand offering high-quality, safe, and affordable baby care and personal care products. We are expanding our distribution across Vidarbha and seek an experienced Sales Officer to manage and scale our General Trade business.

Role Summary

The Sales Officer will lead sales, distribution expansion, and market execution across Nagpur local market and the districts of Chandrapur, Gondia & Bhandara, ensuring consistent growth and strong in-store presence.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets.

Manage GT operations across Nagpur city and adjoining districts.

Drive numeric & weighted distribution and expand retail footprint.

Ensure availability, visibility, planograms, and merchandising standards.

Execute new product launches and market activation plans.

Manage distributor operations, including:

Stock planning & secondary generation

ROI monitoring & claim management

Outstanding and payment discipline

Distributor performance reviews

Conduct structured retail visits and maintain strong market relationships.

Add new outlets and improve penetration across all assigned territories.

Monitor competition activities and provide market intelligence.

Maintain daily reporting, beat planning, and adherence to processes.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

3–5 years of FMCG General Trade experience (mandatory).

Strong distributor handling and market execution skills.

Good understanding of Nagpur local market; Vidarbha experience preferred.

Ability to manage multi-district territories.
