Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
  • 5+ years of SAP experience
  • Minimum of three implementation projects and two support projects
  • Expertise in RICEF concepts (Reports, Interfaces, BDCs, Enhancements/Exits, Smart Forms)
  • Extensive experience in ABAP HR, including Infotype creation and modification
  • Hands-on experience with system upgrade activities
  • Proficiency in UI5 and Fiori application development
  • Knowledge of LDBs and Clusters
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP
  • Experience with HCM Processes and Forms
  • Expertise in interfaces (HCP, SuccessFactors, and On-Premise)
  • Experience or knowledge of Workflows (creation and modification)
  • Proficiency in ALE/IDocs and Adobe Forms
  • Experience with HR Forms
  • Strong communication skills

Technical Skill Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to define and finalize HR processes for the project
  • Conduct workshops with key users and end users, preparing blueprints, testing, and providing user training
  • Mentor associates and train the team on relevant technical skills
  • Work on multiple country rollouts with direct customer interaction
  • Independently prepare technical specifications, develop solutions, and support functional consultants in testing and bug fixing
