Job Title: ABAP & OData Consultant

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ABAP & OData Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP and OData services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting ABAP objects (RICEF) and integrating with SAP UI5 / Fiori applications via OData services.

Must Have Skills:


• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including RICEF objects.


• Expertise in OData service creation and consumption.


• Experience in enhancements using BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework.


• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.


• Good understanding of integration with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.

Good to Have:


• Exposure to CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA-based developments.

Qualification:


• Minimum 3 years of SAP ABAP & OData hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs (RICEF objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Develop and maintain OData services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Work on ABAP enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution in ABAP developments.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for existing ABAP and OData applications.
• Document technical specifications, unit test plans, and support knowledge transfer.
