Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager. The position is based in Mumbai, where the candidate will be responsible for leading strategic product planning and management throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing product strategies, conducting market analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launch initiatives, and generating insights to drive product success in the market. The Senior Product Manager will also monitor and enhance product performance to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing product management strategies, product lifecycle management, and market segmentation techniques.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and identifying emerging trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proven expertise in strategic decision-making and problem-solving in a product management context.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in dermatology, respiratory, or oncology therapy, is highly desirable.
  • Master's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
