Role Summary

We are seeking a highly autonomous and data-driven Senior Product Manager to own the growth and performance of our product platform. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, deep analytical rigor, and a proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes by mastering the end-to-end customer funnel. The SPM will be responsible for defining the growth strategy, executing experiments, and resolving complex bottlenecks across our product journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  2. Creates the Strategy: Proactively define the product vision and growth strategy for a major product line. This role requires creating the product roadmap based on deep insight.

  3. Demonstrated Growth Impact: Design, prioritize, and execute a continuous pipeline of growth experiments ( segmentation strategies, landing pages based on segment, Identify and scale emerging growth vectors, funnel optimizations) and deliver a significant impact on key business metrics (e.g., top-of-funnel volume, conversion rate, retention).

  4. Funnel Optimization: Deeply analyze user journeys to identify friction points and leakage. Drive product solutions to improve conversion rates and retain customers throughout the process.

  5. Business Ownership & Outcomes

  6. Outcome Accountability: Be accountable for measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue targets, growth in active user base, leakage reduction, system health metrics), operating as a business owner, not just a feature builder.

  7. Metrics & Monitoring: Define, monitor, and report on key product and business health metrics daily. Ensure product stability and immediately address issues that impact customer experience or business performance.

  8. Leadership & Autonomy

  9. Scope & Autonomy: Owns entire product line, operating independently to identify, define, and solve complex, ambiguous problems that cut across multiple teams or systems.

  10. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a central, influential leader, building consensus and alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales.
  11. Technical Execution: Navigates technical and organizational dependencies and trade-offs between multiple teams, ensuring the development of scalable and reliable product infrastructure.
  12. Stakeholder Influence: Effectively influences senior leadership and manages executive-level stakeholders, articulating product strategy, trade-offs, and performance with clarity.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Product Management with 1-2 years of SPM experience, with a proven track record of successfully shipping and scaling products.
  • Analytical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in product analytics tools, SQL, and data-driven prioritization frameworks. Must be able to pull and analyze data independently to inform decisions.
  • Growth Mindset: Strong understanding of growth loops, viral mechanics, or segmentation strategies in a high-volume, transactional environment.
