Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resources Mobilization Executive located in Bengaluru. The Resources Mobilization Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with donors, developing fundraising strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing and reporting on funding activities and collaborating with various teams to maximize resource mobilization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and project management abilities
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for non-profits
  • Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
  • Dedication to the mission and vision of Child Help Foundation
