Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with 17+ years of industry experience, specializing in enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations, architecture design, and solution leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, and/or Power Platform, with a strong background in integrating complex business processes, leading global deployments, and driving digital transformation programs.

This is a senior leadership role requiring excellent technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Solution Architecture

• Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 modules (CRM/CE, F&O, Business Central).
• Define scalable data models, integrations, workflows, and security architectures.
• Develop enterprise-wide Dynamics strategy, roadmap, and best practices framework.
• Ensure designs align with Microsoft recommended architecture patterns and cloud standards.

2. Technical Leadership & Delivery Management

• Lead multi-phase global deployments, including discovery, design, build, testing, migration, and go-live.
• Guide teams of developers, consultants, and functional experts.
• Ensure delivery quality via technical reviews, design sign-offs, and architecture governance.
• Drive DevOps pipeline setup for ALM, environment management, and CI/CD.

3. Customization & Development Oversight

• Oversee development of plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
• Validate technical feasibility, performance benchmarks, and data flows.
• Ensure coding standards, documentation, and development lifecycle compliance.

4. Integrations & Data Architecture

• Architect integrations with Azure Services, SAP/Oracle, third-party apps, legacy platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Utilize Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, ADF, APIs, and Dataverse capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end data migration, validation, and cutover strategies for enterprise programs.

5. Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Conduct gap-fit analysis and propose optimized business processes.
• Support workshops, roadmapping sessions, and CXO-level presentations.

6. Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Define governance frameworks for environment management, release cycles, and security controls.
• Lead risk assessments, performance audits, and compliance alignment.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security across global deployments.

7. Support & Optimization

• Drive continuous improvement through solution enhancements and new feature adoption.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues and optimize system performance.
• Evaluate new Microsoft features, updates, and release waves for platform modernization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 17+ years of IT experience, with at least 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, F&O, or Business Central.
• Deep expertise in:
• Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules: Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing
• OR Dynamics 365 F&O / Finance / Supply Chain
• OR Business Central
• Dataverse & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, C#, .NET
• Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, ADF)
• API integrations & enterprise data models
• Extensive experience leading multi-country, enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to architect secure, scalable, high-performing Dynamics solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified:
• Dynamics 365 Architect
• Power Platform Solution Architect
• Dynamics 365 CE/F&O/BC Functional or Technical certifications
• Experience working in Agile environments with DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and automation features (plus).

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1, ₹1,500.00 per hour
