**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and customize **Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP** solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business processes for improvement.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 updates and features to leverage new functionalities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years** of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and customizations.
- Hands-on experience in system integration, data migration, and reporting tools.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
