**Direct Walk-in Interview for Academic ERP Professional**

We are looking for an **Academic ERP Professional** with expertise in student database management, attendance coordination, and exam coordination. If you have experience handling university ERP systems and working with large datasets, we invite you to attend our Walk-in Interview.

**Walk-in Interview Details**:
Date: 21st, 22nd, & 24th February 2025
Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Venue: JAIN School of Allied Healthcare & Science
Address: Next to ITPL, KIADB AREA, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066

**Responsibilities**:
1. ERP Student Data Support - Ensure accurate data entry, course allocations, faculty support, and ERP system updates.

2. Student Attendance & Exam Coordination
- i. Maintain exam attendance records, sync devices, and resolve barcode mismatches.
ii. Verify hall tickets, coordinate seating arrangements, update & verify student records, scan answer booklets, and troubleshoot system errors.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Graduation or Post graduation in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of academic ERP platforms (preferably university ERP)
- Expertise in handling large databases, filtering and modifying data using MS Excel, and delivering error-free reports
- strong Analytical & coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Adaptability to changing requirements and ERP updates
- Familiarity with educational processes & data privacy is a plus

**Professional attire is mandatory** while attending the interview.
