**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study abroad options, programs, and career pathways.
- Assess students' academic qualifications, interests, and career aspirations to suggest appropriate study destinations, courses, and institutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education systems, university offerings, and visa regulations.
- Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities.
- Coordinate with international universities and partners to stay informed about program updates and deadlines.
- Provide pre-departure orientation and help students transition smoothly to their new academic environment abroad.
- Handle queries from students and parents, offering expert advice and support throughout the counseling process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in study abroad counseling or education consultancy is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, universities, and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi) is an advantage.
- A passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
