UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for our CRM system (web and mobile).
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless UX designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing specific to CRM workflows to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency in design across modules, maintaining brand and UI standards.
  • Analyze user behavior within the CRM and propose design improvements.
  • Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices for enterprise applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing for SaaS platforms or CRM systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, especially dashboards, forms, and enterprise apps.
  • Expert in Figma (designs, prototypes, and design systems).
  • Knowledge of other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate design ideas clearly.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to better collaborate with developers.
  • Understanding of CRM workflows, analytics dashboards, and enterprise user needs.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability testing methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
