If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We're looking for a Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in empowering and assisting our global system integrator partners and others to thrive in our ecosystem. The position involves being a Program Manager who will collaborate closely with Global Support Partner. This team is dedicated to empowering and assisting global system integrator partners and others. The primary objective is to facilitate and strengthen the relationships with these partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources for successful collaboration and integration within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities Demonstrate a deep grasp of technology and its applications to effectively support and collaborate with GSI partners Possess a comprehensive understanding of the GSI landscape, analyzing situations, and providing expert problem-solving insights Display agility and quick thinking, maintaining a strong presence of mind while addressing challenges and making decisions Showcase exceptional presentation skills, tailoring reports and presentations for diverse executive levels Manage and facilitate stakeholder interactions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Required Qualifications Proven experience in roles such as Sales Enablement Leader, Pre-Sales, or Business Strategist, Learning & Development specialist with a track record of delivering impactful results Extensive experience operating at a senior level within the GSI space, showcasing strategic thinking and impactful leadership Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to interact confidently and persuasively Skilled in articulating complex scenarios with authority and expertise during conversations Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple regions Successful history of building & presenting Monthly or Quarterly business reviews with some experience in and PowerBI or other analytical tools Experience in budget management, forecasting, and tracking Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Knowledge of Azure or other Cloud Solutions ecosystem is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage and oversee a range of projects, products, and strategic initiatives at an organizational level Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and relationship-building with internal teams and external partners
