Job Title: Talent Development Manager This role is responsible for the overall design, implementation and maintenance of a performance management system that aligns with organizational goals. The incumbent will work closely with management to identify business processes and develop methods for data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/MSW in Human Resources from a reputable institution, with at least 10 years of experience in talent development in various sectors. Key competencies include strategic partnering, leadership, employee championing, technical expertise, and change consulting. Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals.
  2. Consult with management to identify business processes.
  3. Develop methods for data analysis and reporting.
  4. Create effective strategic planning methods.
  5. Identify data collection tools and sources.
  6. Implement organisational effectiveness interventions.
  7. Create competency models.
  8. Develop team building exercises and workshops.
  9. Help employees create project timelines and deadlines.
  10. Develop methods of measuring performance management.
  11. Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.
  12. Ensure manpower availability meets business needs.
  13. Plan and manage optimal manpower plans.
  14. Review roles and grade structures.
  15. Oversee training and development needs.
  16. Support the Training Head in identifying training needs.
  17. Design a compensation structure.
  18. Design performance based pay programs.
  19. Ensure efficient delivery of HR policies.
 Requirements:
  • MBA/MSW in Human Resources.
