Role Summary

As a Senior Product Designer

, you have a full understanding and experience with the end-to-end design process. You focus on you bringing craft mastery, user empathy, and systems thinking together to design experiences that are both intuitive and impactful. You're confident taking a project from concept through delivery — connecting user needs, business goals, and brand expression in everything you create. You balance autonomy and collaboration, often serving as the design lead on individual workstreams while partnering closely with peers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Your foundation spans UX, visual design, and research, allowing you to flex across disciplines depending on project needs. You apply human-centered design principles to solve complex problems while contributing to and evolving design systems that drive product consistency and scalability.

You embrace AI as both a creative tool and an experience domain. You use tools like Figma Make, Adobe Firefly to accelerate your workflow and explore ideas faster, while contributing to projects where AI powers the end-user experience. You collaborate with leads to design responsibly — upholding transparency, explainability, and user trust in every AI-driven interaction.

Project Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — including researchers, visual designers, developers, and PMs — to design cohesive and high-impact product experiences.

Translate user insights into product concepts, flows, and interface designs that balance usability, accessibility, and visual polish.

Contribute to and apply design systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency across product ecosystems.

Participate in projects where AI enhances the end-user experience, advocating for human-centered and ethical design practices.

Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with researchers to test and refine solutions.

Present work to internal teams and clients, communicating design intent through a user-centered narrative.

Actively seek feedback, iterate quickly, and share learnings that strengthen the team's overall quality of execution.

Product Design Craft-specific technical skills

Software Skills and Tools:

Advanced use of Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration, including generative prototyping tools such as

and app-specific AI tooling.

User-Centered Design:

Interaction Design:

Design intuitive and consistent flows, leveraging established patterns while evolving them for new contexts and modalities.

Design Systems:

Build and maintain scalable systems of reusable components and tokens that unify design and development workflows.

AI in Design Practice:

Use AI tools to prototype, iterate, and explore creative directions more efficiently.

Designing for AI Experiences:

Create transparent, explainable, and human-centered interactions with AI-powered features.

Usability & Accessibility:

Advocate for inclusive design through adherence to usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2+).

Responsive & Multi-Platform Design:

Design adaptable interfaces across screen sizes, devices, and contexts, ensuring coherence and performance.

Information Architecture:

Structure content and interactions for clarity, findability, and flow across complex systems.

Prototyping & Testing:

Create interactive prototypes for validation and learning, integrating user feedback to improve design outcomes.

Visual Design & Storytelling:

Apply principles of composition, hierarchy, typography, and motion to communicate brand, emotion, and function clearly.

Technical Literacy:

Foundational understanding of front-end languages (HTML/CSS) to support collaboration with developers and inform practical, implementation-ready design decisions.
