**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design conversion-optimized UI/UX for ecommerce platforms and business websites
- Create compelling landing pages that maximize lead generation and sales
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with campaign goals
- Build and maintain consistent design systems across client projects
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients with confidence

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years** of UI/UX design experience with ecommerce/business focus
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing website and landing page designs
- **Delhi NCR location** - Ready for full-time on-site collaboration
- Expertise in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**, and design thinking
- Understanding of **conversion optimization** and user psychology
- Experience designing for **multiple industries** and target audiences
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Experience with **Shopify, WooCommerce**, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Knowledge of **marketing funnels** and conversion psychology
- Basic understanding of **HTML/CSS** for developer collaboration
- Familiarity with **Google Analytics** and heat mapping tools
