About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React + Flutter Developer
 to join our team. This role involves building
scalable web applications
 with React and
cross-platform mobile apps
 with Flutter. The ideal candidate has strong experience with
modern React ecosystems (Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Redux, AG Grid)
 and is equally comfortable working in
Flutter/Dart
 for mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    responsive web applications
     using
    , Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Redux, and AG Grid
    .
  • Build and deploy
    cross-platform mobile apps
     (iOS & Android) using
    Flutter
    .
  • Work closely with designers and product teams to translate UI/UX requirements into high-quality implementations.
  • Implement and manage
    state management
     solutions in both React (Redux) and Flutter ( GetX ).
  • Integrate REST APIs services across web and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in

     development.
  • Proficiency in
    Tailwind CSS
     and
    shadcn/ui
     for building modern, accessible UI components.
  • Solid understanding of
    Redux
     for state management.
  • Expertise in
    Flutter
     and
    Dart
     for mobile app development.
  • Good understanding of
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    .
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data handling.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with
    Firebase
    , push notifications, and app deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Flutter Test).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS.
  • UI/UX experience with tools like Figma or Sketch.
