About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Flutter Developer
to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance Flutter applications and leading end-to-end mobile development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality Flutter applications for Android iOS.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — designers, backend developers, and product managers.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best development practices.
- Integrate APIs, Firebase, third-party libraries, and cloud services.
- Optimize app performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter Dart.
- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).
- Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and version control (Git).
- Solid grasp of mobile app architecture and clean code principles.
- Proven track record of apps published on Play Store / App Store.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good To Have
- Experience with native Android/iOS development.
- Exposure to backend or cloud technologies.
