Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3 to 6 years of professional experience to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile app development, excellent problem- solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly applications. Responsibilities:
• Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Flutter code for mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organization through version control and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies in mobile app development. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-6 years) developing mobile applications using Flutter framework.
• At least 2 apps should be on APP Store or Play Store.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with native Android or iOS development.
• Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Flutter test, Mockito) for writing unit and widget tests.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal mobile app projects.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
