The Team

Discover the various Financial Risk services, we offer to help organizations across the full life cycle of financial transaction. From governance and processes to technology and reporting, our services can enhance transparency, efficiency, compliance and financial integrity.

Work you'll do

In our team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Required skill set:

• Solid understanding of Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI and animations. Knowledge of Flutter 3. Should have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS Knowledge and understanding of Firebase Experienced in working with remote data via REST and JSON Strong understanding of design patterns like BLOC Pattern, MVVM Thorough understanding of Flutter development tools and Flutter Apps architecture and any State management tools BLoC, Provider, Mobx or RiverPod. Demonstrated experience in building and managing production mobile apps. Experience in creating and deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Flutter Developer.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Dart Proficiency: Mastery of Dart language features, asynchronous programming (Futures, Streams, async/await), and functional programming concepts.
• Widget Tree & Layouts: Deep understanding of Flutter's widget tree, layout system, and composition of custom widgets for building rich UIs.
• State Management: Experience with various state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, and GetX to efficiently manage app state.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design: Ability to create responsive UIs that adapt to multiple screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop) and platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Animations & Transitions: Proficiency in implementing smooth animations and transitions using Flutter's animation library and custom tweening.
• Testing & Debugging:Knowledge of writing unit, widget, and integration tests, plus effective debugging and performance optimisation techniques.
• Platform Integration: Familiarity with platform channels for integrating native functionalities (iOS/Android) within Flutter apps.
• Separation of Concerns: Implement clear separation between UI, business logic, and data layers using patterns like MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
• Modular & Scalable Code:Organize code into reusable modules and packages to enhance maintainability and scalability.
• State Management Architecture:Choose and consistently apply a state management approach (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod) to manage application state effectively.
• Dependency Injection:Use dependency injection frameworks or patterns (like GetIt) to decouple components and simplify testing.
• Navigation & Routing: Architect your app's navigation using Flutter's Navigator 2.0 (or routing packages) for robust deep linking and route management.
• Reactive Programming: Embrace reactive patterns for real-time UI updates, leveraging Streams and reactive libraries.
• Testing & Continuous Integration: Structure your architecture to support unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing, enabling smooth CI/CD processes
• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking: Should be aware of the problem they're facing and understand that it has more possible solutions.
• Communication skills: It's also important for a developer to understand what they say and how they say it can have an impact on what people feel about them.
• Accountability: Accept and take ownership of the deliverables. Open to accept mistakes and should be able to learn from them.
• Time management: Being time-conscious in order to meet deadlines and give realistic estimates.
• Self-learning: Should be passionate and curious to learn new skills
• Proficient with Agile ways of working

Qualifications

• Graduates with relevant experience can also be considered.
• M.Sc.IT, MBA, M.Tech, MCA, Any PG
