We are looking for a smart, organised, and communication-friendly Inbound Telecaller who will handle incoming calls, identify genuine leads, qualify them based on set criteria, and assign them to the correct sales person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend all inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and collect required information.
  • Filter and qualify leads based on relevance, budget, interest level, and product fit.
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales executive using CRM or internal workflow.
  • Maintain accurate lead logs, call notes, and follow-up details.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
  • Follow predefined scripts and qualification checklists.
  • Update internal dashboards daily.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
