Explore more about us: Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AMS Solutions Lead to spearhead our global Application Managed Services (AMS) pursuits, GTM and analyst interactions. This is a strategic role that owns the response process for RFPs/RFIs, collaborates with cross-functional internal teams, and crafts compelling AMS solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep AMS solutioning experience, thought leadership, and the ability to articulate complex services in a business-centric, value-driven manner. Strong AMS delivery experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end AMS pre-sales lifecycle across UST, including ownership of all AMS RFP/RFI responses globally.
• Collaborate closely with internal business units, delivery, finance, and practice teams to craft winning solutions.
• Represent UST's AMS capabilities effectively with analysts, clients, and internal leadership teams.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of reusable components, solution templates, and case studies to streamline future responses.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated value propositions that align with UST's service offerings and transformation strategy.
• Drive pursuit strategies for multi-year, cross-geo, and multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Present AMS solutions to executive stakeholders—both internally and externally—with clarity and confidence.
• Support go-to-market strategy and solution packaging with UST's AMS practice and GTM teams. Required Skills & Experience
• 15+ years of experience in IT services, with a focus on Application Managed Services (AMS) pre-sales and solutioning.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex AMS pursuits (multi-million-dollar, multi-year deals across geographies).
• Strong understanding of service delivery models, commercial constructs, transition planning, and SLA frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey technical and business value to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in solution development and proposal management.
• Experience in building reusable assets (templates, case studies, solution elements).
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including with executive leadership and global clients.
