Responsibilities of AR Caller :
- Conduct thorough follow-up on outstanding claims through various channels (phone, email, eFax, and online portals) to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze claim denials, identify trends, and initiate appeals to recover denied or underpaid claims.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address/direct billing, coding, and claim submission issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions, actions taken, and account status.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality metrics as established by the management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the revenue cycle team.
Core Competencies & Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in insurance collections, with a strong emphasis on claim follow-up and recovery.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payer regulations and billing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve claim issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with payers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
