We are Hiring for AR Analyst (Voice Process) in Hospital Billing for US Healthcare

Hiring AR Analyst in accounts receivable follow-up/denial management for US healthcare.

Details about the role/position:

  • Designation: AR Analyst (Voice Process)
  • Process: AR Calling in Hospital Billing UB04
  • Shift Timings: 6.30 Pm to 3.30 Pm (US Shift)
  • Mode of Work: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)
  • Experience: 2 Years & Above

Basic Requirements:

  • Must have Relevant experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) in UB04 form in US healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and handling insurance claims
  • High school, diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities are eligible to apply**

Job Description:

1. This is a full-time remote role for an AR Analyst (Calling Process).

  1. Work on hospital/ facility/institutional claims either denials or follow-up.

  2. Perform pre-call analysis and check the status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services.

  3. The AR Analyst/Caller will be responsible for handling accounts receivable activities, including making calls to insurance companies to follow up on claims, resolving denials and discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
  4. Day-to-day tasks will include documenting interactions, updating account information, working closely with the billing team, and maintaining accurate records of all calls and follow-up actions.
  5. The AR Caller will also handle appeals and provide feedback on patterns causing rejections and denials to improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications: (Software Proficiency)

  • Familiar with healthcare patient billing systems (Practice management) like NextGen, ECW, Carecloud, Docutap, Epic
  • Familiar with clearinghouses like Waystar, Real Med, Availity, Change Healthcare, ViaTrack.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, .PDF formats.
