Department: Sales / Administration
Position Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 Pm
Work Location: Gwalior
Week Off: As per company policy
Role Overview:
We are seeking a well-presented, customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage reception operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a courteous and professional approach.
- Manage the reception desk, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front office records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operational activities.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Oversee courier management (incoming and outgoing).
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation, filing, and basic reporting.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating office events when required.
- Uphold company standards of customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure with calmness and accuracy.
