Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for HR Technology Lead:

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: General

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

NOTE: 1 year of contractual role, 3rd party payroll (Extendable on good performance. It is an individual contribution role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR technology/HCM/HRIS implementations and operations, ideally in a matrix/global environment. (Some roles/organisations may require 5-7 years depending on scale.)

• Proven track record of leading large scale end-to-end HR technology projects (implementation, integration, upgrades).

• Strong functional HR knowledge: HR processes across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, core HR, performance, learning, compensation, analytics) and ability to translate them into system requirements.

• Hands-on experience with major HR systems/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG Pro) and relevant modules/integrations.

• Strong project management skills (methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall), ability to manage multiple work-streams and deliver on time, within budget and scope.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills: able to engage HR, IT, business leadership, vendors, and translate between business and technical language.

• Expertise in data governance, system architecture, integrations, workflows, and reporting/analytics (including dashboards, KPI tracking).

• Change management skills: training, user adoption, communication, process redesign.

• Vendor/contract management, system governance and cost-control experience.

• Preferably experience in a global/multi-location organisation, working with cross-cultural teams, distributed stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, show innovation mindset, and drive continuous improvement.
